ALVA Quest Solutions Inc. is a private, third-party service provider that is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of Canada. Travelers may apply for a Canada Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) directly through the official Government of Canada website at www.canada.ca without using our services or paying any service-related fees.

1. Overview

Welcome to https://www.etavisaca.com, operated by ALVA Quest Solutions Inc., a Canadian-based travel support service provider located at 150 King St W, Suite 200, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “the user”) and ALVA Quest Solutions Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.


2. Service Description

We offer optional, paid support to individuals applying for Canada’s Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). Our services include guidance on eligibility, application review, form submission support, and customer service assistance.

We do not issue eTAs—only the Government of Canada has the authority to approve or deny applications. If you prefer, you may apply directly via the official portal without using our support platform.


3. Who Can Use Our Services

By using this site, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or are using the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

  • You have legal authority to submit your own personal and travel information.

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.

  • You agree to follow all applicable Canadian laws and these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who provides false information or violates any part of these Terms.


4. Consent to Represent

When you submit an application through our platform, you authorize ALVA Quest Solutions Inc. to act on your behalf solely for the purpose of assisting with your eTA application. This includes processing your data, submitting your application, and communicating with you or third parties, in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.


5. Application Processing

Once you submit your form via our platform, our team will review the data for completeness and accuracy. Most applications are processed within 1–3 business days, though delays may occur based on case volume or missing information.

Final decisions regarding your eTA request are made only by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).


6. Pricing, Payments & Cancellations

Our service fees are clearly disclosed prior to payment and cover support services only. The Government of Canada’s eTA fee is collected and submitted on your behalf as part of the process.

You may choose to apply independently at no service cost via the official government site.

We accept major credit cards and digital wallet payments. A confirmation will be sent via email once payment is received.

If your application has not yet been submitted to IRCC, you may cancel and receive a full refund. Once submitted, fees are non-refundable. Please see our Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy for more information.


7. Intellectual Property

All materials, visuals, and content displayed on this site belong to ALVA Quest Solutions Inc. or are licensed for use. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

Third-party brand names or logos remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.


8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

  • Use the platform for illegal or abusive purposes

  • Interfere with the functionality of our website

  • Extract or misuse data from the site

  • Use automation, bots, or unauthorized software to access the service

Violation of these rules may result in your account being suspended or permanently blocked.


9. Liability Limitations

We assist with the application process only. We are not responsible for whether your eTA is approved or denied by the Government of Canada.

We make no guarantees regarding processing time, travel outcomes, or application success. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.


10. No Warranties

This website and our services are offered “as-is” without any express or implied warranties. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee completeness or suitability for any specific purpose.


11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or end your access to our platform if we believe you have breached these Terms or acted unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time without penalty.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any legal disputes must be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.


13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes have been posted indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
